Educational Enrichment is committed to high
standards that are challenging and accessible to all students. We improve classroom instruction
through professional development workshops, follow-up sessions, and teaching resources. We are
dedicated to excellence in mathematics education by helping teachers become more knowledgeable
both in the subjects they teach and how students think and learn.
Educational Enrichment offers nationwide K-5 "Coming to Know Number" and 6-8 "The BIG Ideas"
workshops for elementary and middle school teachers. We have a selection of "Math Time" videos,
the books Math Time: The Learning Environment and the Developing Number Concepts
series by Kathy Richardson.
We also have available the "Maturational Assessment Test" for determining behavior. The MAT
is an indicator of the level of maturity in children ages 3-7. It is based on the Gesell testing
methods and can be used in determining placement and behavioral expectations. It will help gauge
visual and motor skills (hand and eye coordination) as well as readiness for reading and writing.
